What information do we collect?

When you subscribe to our email newsletter, join a waitlist, or fill out a form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name and email address (and phone number only if a form asks for it). You may visit the public areas of our site anonymously. The newsletter form is currently a placeholder and collects nothing.

Like most websites, our web host automatically records standard server log information (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request) for security and troubleshooting.

What do we use your information for?

Any information collected from you may be used to: improve our website; respond to your questions and support requests; and send the periodic emails you signed up for (such as price-change alerts and the newsletter).

If you join our mailing list, you will receive communications that could include site news, AI price updates, and related information. We include unsubscribe instructions in each communication should you decide to opt out. Text-message and automated-call consent, if ever requested, is described in our Terms of Use.

How do we protect your information?

We implement reasonable security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

Do we use cookies?

This site uses Google Tag Manager, which may load Google tools (such as Google Analytics) that use cookies or similar technologies to measure how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Google processes this data under its own Privacy Policy.

You can opt out by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We will never sell, barter, or rent your email address to any third party. Period. This does not include trusted service providers who help us operate the site or send email (our web host, for example), who agree to keep the information confidential.

We may also release information when we believe release is required by law, or to enforce our site policies or protect our or others' rights, property or safety. In addition, if we sell, merge or partner with another business, user information may be among the transferred assets. Aggregated information that does not personally identify you may be used to improve the site or shared with sponsors (for example, total subscriber counts).

Third-party links

Our pages link to AI providers' official pricing pages and other sites, which have separate and independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Sponsors, when present, are labeled; TokenTally is not responsible for the policies of third parties.

Because we value your privacy, we will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent, except as described above.

Children

TokenTally does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we discover we have received information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

By using our site, you consent to this privacy policy. We may change this policy at any time by posting the changes on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them. Information collected before a change will be handled under the rules that applied when it was collected.

Governing law

This policy and the use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. If a dispute arises under this policy, we agree to first try to resolve it with a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Benton County, Arkansas, sharing mediation costs (other than attorney fees) equally; if that fails, by binding arbitration in Benton County, Arkansas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with judgment enterable in any court with jurisdiction.
